X-Factor is an AI-driven data collector to monitor trends for all kinds of business.
How can businesses improve sales forecasting in fast-changing markets?
Historical sales data often fall short in unpredictable environments. So, in partnership with SAP, we explored how LLMs could automate and improve the process of identifying and tracking relevant data.
X-Factor uses AI to identify key trends specific to each business, track them online, and turn that data into actionable insights.
Smarter Data Collection with optimized LLM-integrated methods
Rather than manually listing all influencing factors, users can describe their business and let X-Factor handle the rest.
It automatically crawls relevant sources, collects data, and organizes it for review. Users can fine-tune the data feed later.
Dashboard: Create and Manage Data Feeds
Users can create multiple data feeds—for example, one for their brand, another for competitors, and another for potential partners—and monitor them all in one dashboard.
Monitor various analysis and export structured data
Each data feed provides:
・Word Count
・Sentiment Analysis
・Semantic Analysis
・Emotion Analysis
For example, keyword frequency over time can be a proxy for market interest. All datasets can be exported as CSV, and future updates will support ERP system integration.
Users can switch between these views of analysis and export them according to their need. The data will be updated daily.
X-Factor proves that integrating LLMs into data collection workflows is effective. SAP will move forward with incorporating this into their services, helping clients enhance forecasting with AI-powered insights.
